What are your hours of availability?

Monday – Thursday: 10 AM to 5 PM EST Friday: 10 AM to 3 PM EST

How quickly will my order be processed?

All orders received before 12 PM EST are processed within 2 business days of payment verification. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

Do you ship to my area?

We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship outside of the United States, to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

My order was lost in transit. What should I do?

My order arrived later than expected. What should I do?

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do everything we can to ensure your experience with us makes your life just a little easier, and your satisfaction is important to us. How can I return or exchange my product?

How long do I have to send my items back for a refund?

Our warehouse needs to receive and process your return within 30 days of the delivery date to process a refund back to your original payment method.

Where is my package?

You should have received your tracking information through the marketplace your order was purchased on. If you have not, please contact us by clicking on this link or by calling us at (844) 637-1400.

How do I hard reset my iPhone?

1. Just press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. You can let go of both buttons after the Apple logo appears. 2. Your phone will go through the usual process of starting up. 3. You’ll be back in your home screen.

How do I factory reset my Android smartphone?

1. In the Settings menu, find Backup & reset, then tap Factory data reset and Reset phone. 2. You’ll be prompted to enter your passcode and then to Erase everything. 3. Once that is done, select the option to reboot your phone. 4. Then, you can restore your phone’s data.

How do I configure my device's APN settings?

Please use https://apn.gishan.net/en in order to configure your APN setting for all carriers located with the United States.

What is 'refurbished'?

A refurbished product has been tested and certified to work like new, by us. All products are backed by a warranty depending on the market the product was purchased on.

Factory Unlocked vs CDMA/GSM Unlocked

Factory Unlocked means that the device is not attached to any phone carrier and can be used with any service that uses a SIM card. CDMA Unlocked means that the device can only be used with CDMA carriers such as Verizon and Sprint. GSM Unlocked means that the device can only be used with GSM carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile.

Why didn't I get a manual with my product?

We are an eco-friendly company that prides itself on preserving the environment. So to reduce paper waste, we do not include quick start guides with our products. You can search for your product in the search bar above and download a user manual or quick start guide.

I didn't get a SIM card with my product.

None of our products include a SIM card. You will have to get a SIM card from your carrier.

What's included in the box?

Refurbished items come in a white generic box. Only the device and a generic charger are included.

New items come factory sealed in the original packaging with all relevant accessories included.

I purchased a product and now the price is lower. Can I get a price adjustment?

Yes, we will make a one-time price adjustment to the new price for items purchased within 7 days of purchase. To request a price adjustment for your purchase, please contact us by clicking on this link or by calling us at (844) 637-1400.

I need to update my payment method. What should I do?

We do not have access to your payment method and are unable to adjust it for you. We suggest you contact the marketplace your ordered from as soon as possible.

I need to change my shipping address. What should I do?

We are unable to change the shipping address once the address has been verified and approved by the marketplace you ordered from. Please contact us as soon as possible by clicking on this link or by calling us at (844) 637-1400 so we can cancel your order before it ships to the wrong address. Once your order is canceled, you may reorder with the correct address.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been processed?

We work hard to process your order quickly and efficiently so that you receive your product as soon as possible.  Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed or canceled once they have shipped. 

If you forgot to add something to your order before it was placed, please place a separate order for the additional item.  It will ship to you in separate packaging, and will have its own unique order number and tracking number.

Why isn't my promo code working?

Please make sure your order meets the requirements of the promo code you wish to use. If you checked and are still having issues, please contact us by clicking on this link or by calling us at (844) 637-1400.

What if I purchase an item and then I see it somewhere else cheaper?

Unfortunately, we do not price match. If your purchase was made within the last 30 days, you can return it for a refund. Please contact us by clicking on this link or by calling us at (844) 637-1400.

How can I find my order number?

You can find your order number on the order details page of the marketplace you ordered from or on the invoice included with your order upon delivery.

Can I get compensation for a delayed or late delivery?

If the order is delivered after the guaranteed delivery date and you paid for shipping, you can be refunded for the shipping cost. Please contact us by clicking on this link or by calling us at (844) 637-1400 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Do you have a physical store I can shop at?

Unfortunately, we do not at the moment. But maybe one day.
